April 1st: Maya lost her first tooth. It had been loose since February, along with the other middle bottom tooth. After breakfast I was getting Nora ready to take Maya to school and I heard an excited "mom, guess what?" The tooth fairy brought her "cash folded into a butterfly"
April 7th: Maya lost her second tooth. It was really, really loose when she went to bed. Too loose to sleep. I took a tissue and wiggled it around and then popped it right out. Not bad since I was originally feeling a little squeamish about the losing teeth thing.
